Cooking Ingredients for Passover Brownie Recipe

1/4 c Cocoa
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Cake meal
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Chocolate chips
2 Eggs
1/2 c Nuts; (optional)

Passover Brownie Preparation

1. Beat eggs and sugar together. 2. Blend in cocoa, oil and salt. 3. Gradually mix in cake meal, nuts and chips. Bake in 8 square pan at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. * Can be doubled and baked in 11 x 15 pan.
