Cooking Ingredients for Passover Cookie Dough Recipe
1 c Butter; or margarine
1 c Sugar
3 lg Eggs
2 c Cake meal; MINUS 2 tbsp
2 tb Potato starch
1/4 ts Salt
1 md Lemon; juice and peel
Passover Cookie Dough Preparation
Beat butter and sugar in bowl of electric mixer for about 10 minutes til creamy. Add eggs and beat 5 minutes more. Sift together cake meal, potato starch, and salt. Add to batter. Mix in lemon juice and peel. Use to make the following cookie recipes: Bird”s Nests, Toasted Cinnamon Sugar Slices, Jam Squares, and Lemon Squares.
