Cooking Ingredients for Passover Pizza Recipe
3 c Matzoh farfel
5 Eggs
2-1/2 c Boiling water
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder; onion powder,
-optional
1 cn Tomato mushroom sauce
Passover Pizza Preparation
Pour boiling water over farfel to make soggy. Beat eggs together with salt and pepper. Pour over farfel mix and mix well. Spread on greased large pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. DAIRY TOPPING: Cover crust with tomato mushroom sauce. Cut slices of American cheese into strips and place over sauce. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts, 8 to 10 minutes. May add green peppers and mushrooms. MEAT TOPPING: 1/2 pound ground meat or salami or hotdogs. Cover pizza with tomato sauce and browned ground meat or circles of salami or hot dogs. Sprinkle with garlic or onion powder. Browned green peppers and onions may be added.
