Cooking Ingredients for Passover Potato Kugel Recipe

6 md Potatoes
2 Onions; diced
2 Eggs; well beaten
1/2 c Matzo meal
1/4 c Fat
Salt and pepper; to taste

Passover Potato Kugel Preparation

Peel and grate potatoes quickly so they don”t turn brown. Squeeze out as much water as you can from potatoes. Add the eggs and mix well. Add matzo meal and mix together. Saute onions until lightly browned. Add to batter, don”t drain off fat. Pour into greased pan. Bake into a preheated 350 oven for 1 hour or until browned at the edges.
