Cooking Ingredients for Pasta Sauces Recipe

5 Cloves garlic; Mash and chop
-very fine, mixed with:
1/3 c Vinegar
2/3 c Olive oil
2 tb Prepared mustard
1 tb Prepared horseradish
Salt and Pepper to taste

I have a GREAT pasta sauce. I don”t know if you can freeze it, as I have never tried. This is from a friend and I have asked him to patent it several times. This is his own version. ENJOY! Mix all together, shake well, and serve on pasta salad. I add black and green olives to my pasta salad.. You can make a larger size recipe, just make sure it”s 1/3rd to 2/3rd vinegar to olive oil.
