In a nonstick skillet set on high, add garlic, onion, and mushrooms, stirring frequently until mushrooms begin to release their water. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes. Lower temperature to medium, add artichokes, sauce, and parsley and mix well. Cover skillet and lower heat; simmer while you cook pasta. Serve sauce over cooked pasta.
