Cooking Ingredients for Pasta with Garlic and Anchovy Recipe
4 oz Anchovies; (up to 6)
1 tb Crushed garlic
1 lb Kalamata olives; pitted
8 Basil leaves
1/2 c Chopped parsley
1/2 lb Butter
1/4 c Olive oil
Capers; (optional)
1/2 lb Smoked ricotta
Pasta with Garlic and Anchovy Preparation
1. Process the olives into a paste 2. Cook the garlic in the olive oil just until it begins to smell. 3 Add the chopped anchovies and cook over very low heat until it melts 4. Add the basil, cook 1 minute 5. Add the olive paste and stir 30 seconds 6. Stir in the butter 7. Add the chopped parsley 8.
