Cooking Ingredients for Pasta with Garlic and Clams Recipe
2 tb Olive oil
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c Onions, chopped
1/2 c Green peppers, choppe
1/2 c Mushrooms, chopped
2 tb Fresh parsley, chopped
2 cn (6 1/2 oz) minced clams
1/2 ts Thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ds Cayene pepper
Pasta with Garlic and Clams Preparation
Saute the onions, green peppers, and garlic in the olive oil until translucent (add a little water and cover if necessary during this process). Add the mushrooms and continue heating in the covered saucepan for about 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, including all the liquid that comes with the clams, and heat until hot in a covered saucepan. Serve with 1 cup of spaghetti or linguini and Parmesan cheese (optional).
