Bay Roasted Carrots Preparation
1. Heat the oven to 400. Toss the carrots lightly in vegetable oil to coat. Season well with salt and pepper. 2. Place the carrots in a baking dish. Add the bay leaves. Bake in the heated oven until fork tender, 45 to 60 minutes. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
