Cooking Ingredients for Sweet and Pungent Beets Recipe

2 c Cooked; sliced beets
1 tb Honey plus
1 ts Honey
2 tb Cider vinegar
Salt to taste

Sweet and Pungent Beets Preparation

In small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium-low heat until heated through. Serve hot or refrigerate and serve cold. Use these in a tossed salad for added color and flavor.
