1-1/2 c Ketchup
1 c Brown sugar
2 tb Mustard
1 tb Soy sauce
2 lb Flanken

Sweet and Sour Flanken Preparation

Source: A Yiddisher Taam Cookbook (Women”s League of Yeshiva Sh”or Yoshuv) Naomi Perlman-contributor Mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce well. Dip flanken into mixture.
