Cooking Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Meatball Appetizer Recipe

1 lb Lean ground beef
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1 sm Onion; grated
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper
1 c Canned chili without beans
1/2 c Grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon

Sweet and Sour Meatball Appetizer Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients and blend well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Combine remaining ingredients in medium saucepan and mix well. Add meatballs, stirring lightly to coat with sauce.
