2 tb Butter; or margarine
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/2 ts Ground red pepper
1/2 ts Ground black pepper
1/4 ts Ground cardamom
1/8 ts Ground cloves
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
1 tb Sugar

Sweet and Spicy Rub Preparation
