Cooking Ingredients for Sweet Cracker Treat Recipe
1 Egg white
3 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Almond extract
1 ds Salt
12 Crackers
Strawberry halves
Sweet Cracker Treat Preparation
Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar. Stir in almond extract and salt. Spoon onto 12 crackers; bake on ungreased baking sheet at 300o for 15 minutes.
