2 tb Cornstarch
1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c Melted butter
Salt to taste

Sweet Holiday Yams Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, butter and salt. Simmer over low heat until slightly thickened. Place yams in greased casserole. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
