2 Rennet tablets
2 tb Cold water
Cream

Sweet Milk Cottage Cheese Preparation

Heat milk to lukewarm. Dissolve rennet tablets in cold water. Add to milk. Let stand in warm place until set. Pour into thin cloth bag. Drain. Remove curd from bag. Break into fine pieces.
