1-1/3 c Ready-mixed flour
2 Eggs
1/4 c Melted shortening
1 c Sweet milk
1 ts Sugar
Sweet Milk Waffles Ii Preparation
Sift flour, measure, and sift. Beat egg yolks until light and foamy. Add sugar and shortening. Mix well. Add milk alternately with flour to egg mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
