Cooking Ingredients for Sweet Potato and Rice Fluff Recipe

1 cn (16-oz) sweet potatoes;
-drained and mashed
2 c Cooked brown rice
1/2 ts Grated nutmeg
2 Eggs; beaten
1 c Miniature marshmallows
3 tb Butter; melted
1/3 c Brown sugar
1 cn (8.25-oz) crushed pineapple

Sweet Potato and Rice Fluff Preparation

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows; spoon into buttered casserole, top with marshmallows and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 6-8.
