Butter flavored cooking

1-1/2 ts Margarine
3 c Sweet potato; peeled and
-shredded
1-1/2 c Granny Smith apple; peeled
-and diced
3 tb Minced onion
1 tb Brown sugar
1/4 ts Ground allspice
3 tb Unsweetened apple juice
Sweet Potato Browns Preparation
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, add margarine. Place over medium high heat until margarine melts. Add potato, apple and onion; saute 5 minutes. Add brown sugar, allspice and apple juice; cook stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until potato is tender, Serve immediately.
