7 c Cooked; mashed sweet
-potatoes
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Butter
2 Eggs; well beaten
1/3 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Melted butter
1 c Light brown sugar
1/2 c Flour
1 c Chopped pecans

Sweet Potato Crisp #1 Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, 3/4 cup butter, eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend in mixer until creamy. Combine brown sugar annd flour; add melted butter; add pecans. Place sweet potato mixture in large casserole. Cover with brown sugar mixture. Bake at 350 until heated thoroughly.
