Sweet Potatoes with Maple Ginger Cream Preparation

Source: Southern Living Magazine 1/97 PIERCE sweet potatoes several times with a fork, and place on a baking sheet. BAKE at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour. STIR together sour cream and next 3 ingredients.
