Cooking Ingredients for Sweet Won Ton Recipe

1 c Chopped pecans
1 c Flaked coconut
1 c Brown sugar
1 c Granulated sugar
1 pk Won ton wrappers (about 60
-to a package)
1 Egg; beaten
Oil
Powdered sugar

Sweet Won Ton Preparation

Mix nuts, coconut, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Place one teaspoon of this mixture in the center of each won ton square. Fold into a triangle. Moisten edges with beaten egg to seal. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, turning once. Shake in a bag of powdered sugar. Cool. Store in an air-tight container. Yield: 50. ANN WARRICK (MRS. ALAN F.)
