Cooking Ingredients for Sweet-Sour Bean Trio Recipe
4 sl Bacon
1 Onion – chopped
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 ts Prepared mustard
1 Clove garlic – crushed
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Vinegar
1 lb Can lima beans – drained
1 lb Can baked beans – drained
1 lb Can kidney beans – drained
Sweet-Sour Bean Trio Preparation
Cook bacon in skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit. Crumble bacon. Combine cooked baon and 2 tbs. bacon drippings with oni9on, brown sugar, mustard, garlic, salt and vinegar.
