Cooking Ingredients for Swiss Steak for the Crock-Pot Recipe

1/4 c Seasoned flour
1-1/2 lb Round steak
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 cn Zesty tomato soup
1/4 c Sliced onions
1 cn Stewed tomatoes

Swiss Steak for the Crock-Pot Preparation

Pound flour into steak. Cut into serving size pieces (I cut into very small pieces sometimes). Brown in skillet. Put in crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. Cover.
