2 tb Oil
4 Carrots; cut into 2 pieces
4 md Potatoes; quartered
1 Onion; sliced
1 cn Condensed onion soup
1/2 c Water

Swiss Steak with Vegetables #5 Preparation

Season the steak with salt, pepper and dust with flour. In a skillet, brown the meat in oil until browned on both sides.Place the vegetables in the bottom of the crockpot and cover with the meat.
