16 oz Frozen veg (broccoli, carrot

1 cn Cream of mushroom soup or
Celery
4 oz Swiss cheese – shredded
1/3 c Sour cream
1/4 ts Pepper
1 cn French fried onions
Swiss Vegetable Medley Preparation
Thaw and drain vegetables. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 can of onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, in 350 F oven for 30 minutes.
