1/4 c Sesame oil
1/2 c Soy sauce
Ginger; grated to taste
Garlic; minced
Hot bean paste ; to taste
1/4 c Creamy peanut butter
Pasta; hot cooked fresh hom
Scallions; garnish shaved

Szechwan Noodles Preparation
