Cooking Ingredients for Tabbouleh Recipe
2/3 c Cracked wheat
1/2 c Chopped fresh mint
2 c Chopped parsley
1 c Chopped tomatoes
3/4 c Olive oil
1/2 c Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 c Chopped green onions (white
– and green parts included)
Salt and pepper to taste
Tabbouleh Preparation
