Cooking Ingredients for Tabuli Salad Recipe

1-1/2 Bunches parsley chopped fine
1 lb Cracked wheat; medium or
-fine
1 c Fresh mint leaves
1-1/2 Bunches green onions
3 lg Tomatoes; chopped
3 lg Lemons; juice of
2 tb Salad oil
1/4 c Olive oil
1 tb Sugar
Salt to taste

Tabuli Salad Preparation

Clean, wash & chop vegetables. Wash & soak wheat for 10 minutes. Squeeze water from wheat. Add all vegetables, oils, lemon juice, sugar & salt. Mix well.
