Cooking Ingredients for Taigelach Recipe

1 lb Honey
2 c Farfel
2 ts Sugar
2 ts Ginger
2 ts Lemon juice
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Chopped walnuts

Taigelach Preparation

Bring honey, sugar, lemon juice, ginger and cinnamon to boil. Cook 15 minutes (soft ball). Add farfel, cook 5 – 10 minutes longer. Add nuts. Cook 5 minutes more. Pat cold water on board.
