Cooking Ingredients for Tangy Lemon Chicken Salad Recipe
1 pk (4.8 oz) RICE-A-RONI Long
-Grain and Wild Rice Chicken
-with Almonds
5 tb Canola or Olive oil
2 c Chopped; cooked chicken
1/4 c Chopped green onion
3 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Grated lemon peel
1-1/2 c Shredded spinach leaves or
-Romaine lettuce leaves
Tangy Lemon Chicken Salad Preparation
Prepare Rice-a-Roni Mix as package directs, substituting 1 T oil for margarine. Cool 10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine prepared rice mixture, 4 T oil, chicken, onions, lemon juice, and lemon peel.
