Cooking Ingredients for Tangy Lemon Icing Recipe
3-1/4 c Confectioners sugar
1 Egg white
1/8 ts Salt
2 tb Melted butter
1/2 ts Grated lemon rind
2 tb Lemon juice
Yellow food coloring
Tangy Lemon Icing Preparation
Blend half of sugar, egg white, salt, melted butter & lemon rind in large bowl. Add 1 Tbls. lemon juice. Blend remaining sugar into mixture gradually. Stir in enough lemon juice to reach desired consistency. Tint.
