Cooking Ingredients for Tarkari Do Pyaja Recipe
700 g Green peas
200 g Cauliflower
200 g Tomatoes
2 Chopped onions
1/2 c Fresh curd
5 Green chillies
2 ts Coriander seeds
1/2 ts Turmeric powder
1/2 ts Cumin seeds
1 Piece Chopped ginger
3 Cloves Chopped garlic
1/2 ts Garam masala
A big pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
2 tb Ghee
A handful of chopped
-coriander leaves.
Tarkari Do Pyaja Preparation
Cut vegetabes into small pieces. Take onion, green chillies, coriander, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic and grind into a fine paste. Heat ghee and fry the paste till light brown. Add a pinch of sugar and required salt. Add vegetables fry and add well beaten curd and half a cup of water. Cook till tender and mix in garam masala.
