1 c Mayonnaise
4 Anchovy fillets
1/4 c Tarragon vinegar
4 tb Tarragon leaves
2 tb Dijon mustard
3 tb Small gherkin pickles
2 tb Capers
1/4 c Parsley leaves
3 tb Chopped chives
Salt and pepper; to taste
Tarragon Tartar Sauce Preparation
