1-1/3 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Shortening
3 -(up to)
4 tb Iced water
Tart Shells Preparation
From: ynnuf@yetti.amigans.gen.nz (Doreen Randal) Date: Thu, 11 Nov 93 13:20:58 PST Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Blend in shortening. Add water 1 Tbs at a time until dough begins to hold together. Gather into a ball and shape into a flattened round on a floured board. Roll out and cut into circles about 1 larger than tart pans. Place dough in pans, trim edges and prick bottoms thoroughly.
