3/4 c Ground carrots
3/4 c Ground onions
1/2 c Chopped celery
2 c Soft bread crumbs
1/4 c Melted butter
1 ts Salt
2 tb Lemon juice

Tart Vegetable Stuffing for Fish Preparation
