1 lb Ground lamb
1/4 c Minced onion
1 Beaten egg
1 ts Seasoned salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/3 c Fine dry bread crumbs
4 Toasted hamburger buns
1/4 c Chili sauce
Tasty Lamburgers Preparation
Combine lamb, onion, egg, seasoned salt, pepper & crumbs; mix well. Shape into 4 patties; broil 3-4 from heat. Turn & grill 4-5 minutes. Serve on bun with chili sauce.
