2 Jiggers Tequila
2 ts Sugar
Juice of 1 lime
Powdered egg white
(equivalent to 1 raw egg
-white)
Soda water

Taxco Fizz Preparation

Shake the tequila, sugar, lime juice, and egg white vigorously with lots of cracked ice. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and top with cold soda water. This recipe yields 2 drinks.
