Cooking Ingredients for Tender Beef Filet Recipe

4 Tenderloin filet steaks;
-(approx. 1 1/2 pounds)
4 tb Butter
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 tb Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1/4 c Brandy
1 tb Worcestershire sauce

Tender Beef Filet Preparation

Pound steaks with a meat mallet until thin Melt butter in a pan. Add steaks and sear on each side over high heat Remove steaks and keep warm To pan juices add garlic, salt, pepper parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Return steaks to the pan; baste and simmer for 2 minutes pour brandy over steaks; simmer 3 or 4 minutes.
