Cooking Ingredients for Teriyaki Chicken Medley Recipe

2 c Cooked white rice (3/4 cup
(uncooked)
2 c (10 oz.) cooked chicken, cut
-into strips
1-1/3 c (2.8 oz can) French s French
-Fried Onions, divided
1 pk (12 oz.) frozen bell pepper
-strips, thawed & drained*
1 Jar (12 oz.) chicken gravy
3 tb Teriyaki sauce
*Or, substitute 2 cups
-sliced bell peppers for
-frozen pepper strips

Teriyaki Chicken Medley Preparation

Preheat oven to 400oF. Grease 2 quart oblong baking dish. Press rice into bottom of prepared baking dish. Combine chicken, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, bell peppers, gravy and teriyaki sauce in large bowl. Pour mixture over rice layer. Cover; bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 1 minute or until onions are golden. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook time: 31 minutes.
