1 Clove garlic; chopped
Tex-Mex Chili Chicken Preparation
In large skillet, saute poultry in oil until no longer pink; set aside. In same skillet, cook onion, peppers, and garlic until tender. Drain. Stir in chili and stewed tomatoes.
